Serving Our Communities
El Sol has served the Inland Empire for over 30 years, reaching more than 50,000 residents annually through programs led by trusted community health workers and promotores (CHW/Ps). With a team of culturally rooted experts, El Sol provides home visitation, parent coaching, and resource navigation that strengthen families, prevent crises, and build healthier communities.

Our work centers the voices of those often excluded, using culturally grounded approaches that foster dignity, belonging, and self-determination.
